RCP were commissioned by BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) to Project Manage and Programme the fitout of approximately 7,000sqm office space, over six levels in Riparian Plaza, Brisbane.

RCP’s role included the procurement and management of a design team and head contractor from inception to final completion and occupation ensuring BMA was delivered with a quality product, on time and under budget.
