Sam has over 15 years construction project management experience within Australia and England. He has successfully delivered projects ranging from fit-out, base building, refurbishment and new build across a diverse range of sectors.
Sam specialises in the delivery of complex projects in operational environments. Currently, he is project managing a number of health projects including the Brisbane Private Hospital Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) refurbishment; Wembley Road mental health facility expansion, Logan; and Darwin Private Hospital expansion.
The Darwin Private Hospital expansion involves the construction of a mental health facility, which will set a new benchmark for mental health services within the Northern Territory. The new inpatient ward contains 18 beds and associated clinical support spaces as well as a separate outpatient unit. The project is currently tracking under budget and is on programme to open in early 2021.
In addition to his health projects, Sam is a member of the RCP project team providing project management services for the $2.1b Waterfront Brisbane development and he has extensive experience project managing complex refurbishment and fit-out projects in Brisbane including the 144 Edward Street fit-out, Transport House redevelopment, 414 George Street refurbishment, 175 Eagle Street ground floor redevelopment, Knight Frank fit-out and 100 Wickham Street external refurbishment.
