About the role:
Due to sustained growth across our business, we have an immediate opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager to join our Brisbane team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join RCP’s expanding head office team in Brisbane and work with industry leading professionals across landmark construction and development projects.
Essential requirements for the role:
- 6+ years demonstrated experience as a client-side consultant project manager with strong construction contract administration / superintendent experience on major projects.
- Proven experience on contract administration/superintendent for building construction projects >$50M with tier 1 contractors (aviation, commercial, hospital and retail sector preferred)
- Experienced managing and leading mulit-disciplinary design teams and stakeholders
- Experienced in controlling cost, scope, quality, risk and managing developer client expectations on major construction projects.
- Tertiary bachelor degree qualified (construction management, architecture, engineering, quality surveying or related degree is essential to be considered for this role)
- Well developed, polished and professional presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
