The construction milestone of the building reaching its highest point was marked with a traditional ‘topping out ceremony’, attended by Brisbane’s Lord Mayor, Adrian Schrinner, building owners Charter Hall and Investa, project stakeholders and guests.
Brisbane’s Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner spoke at the ceremony and commented, “There’s an infectious buzz about our city and the investment underway at 360 Queen Street is a huge vote of confidence in Brisbane’s future.”
Greg Atkinson, RCP’s Managing Director and Senior Project Manager Alex Briers attended the event.
Greg said, “Today was an important milestone in the delivery of this world-class office building. Congratulations to Charter Hall and Investa, Hutchison Builders and the whole team for meeting this target.”
Joint venture partners Charter Hall and Investa announced at the ceremony HWL Ebsworth Lawyers have committed to a 10-year, 4,777sqm lease at 360 Queen Street.
