This statement sets out the terms of use for the RCP website (“the Site”). The Site is owned and operated by RCP Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 010 285 757), trading as RCP.

The information on the Site is intended to furnish visitors with general information on matters that they may find to be of interest. Whilst RCP has used reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, errors can occur. RCP makes reasonable efforts to obtain reliable content from third parties however we do not guarantee the accuracy of or endorse the views or opinions given by any third party content provider. Although we are continuously reviewing and updating our information and we use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information provided by RCP is accurate and up to date at the time of issue, we reserve the right to make corrections. Privacy Policy

This statement sets out our privacy policy for the RCP website (“the Site”) and describes the practices we follow to respect the privacy of all visitors.

We have adopted fair information practices which are designed to protect your privacy. We believe that everyone benefits from the free exchange of information when that information is gathered and used responsibly. Please be aware that our web pages may contain links to other web sites. These are not governed by this privacy policy.

If you are a visitor to the Site we do not collect any personal information about you except to the limited extent through the use of cookies which is described below. There are a number of circumstances however when we may collect information.


Careers and Vacancies.

RCP may forward personal information relating to job applications internally to different regions or companies operating under the RCP. Information will be held in accordance with local data protection laws.


The Site may use “cookies.” A “cookie” is technology that allows our sites to store tokens of information (an “identifier”) in your browser used only by our site while you are on our site. Cookies are not used to determine the personal identity of anyone merely visiting our sites. They help us track traffic patterns so that we know which areas of our site users like/don’t like. If you do not want to receive cookies from us you have the option of setting your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie so that you may determine whether to accept it or not (see your browser settings to do that). RCP has technological and operational security functions in place to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. The data you may provide is shared only with authorised employees of RCP, and on a limited basis, by vendors who supply information management services. Access to your information is limited by need, and those who have access to the data have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of such information. In addition, RCP may disclose personally identifiable information as may be required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process.

RCP may change this policy statement as needed. If changes to the statement are made, please note that it may take up to 30 business days before new privacy practices are implemented.
