The landmark City East urban renewal project will transform Adelaide’s eastern precinct with the construction of four towers of up to 39 storeys to provide a world-class community precinct of 700+ homes, a hotel and retail destinations.
Situated on 8,000sqm between Pirie and Flinders St, the site is centrally located within to Adelaide’s cultural, civic and education and commercial precincts.
City East will deliver high quality homes for key workers and lower income households, allowing people to live closer to their workplaces and be part of a vibrant community in the city’s eastern corner.
The project will open new north-south pedestrian connections and green spaces, activated street frontages and laneway connections.
