As the Project Manager, Superintendent and Independent Certifier, RCP played a key role in the delivery of this landmark development. From managing complex stakeholder requirements to seeing construction achieve the desired sustainability outcomes, RCP helped bring the vision of 360 Queen Street to life.

The first tenants moved in on 1 December. Additional tenants will continue to occupy the tower as their bespoke office fit-outs are completed, bringing the building to life as Brisbane’s newest premium workplace.
