Woolworths Limited engaged RCP to provide tenancy coordination services for the Woolworths Spring Farm Shopping Centre.
RCP’s scope of services included the tenancy coordination of eight speciality tenancies and one food kiosk. RCP was responsible for reviewing all landlord and tenant scope of works, liaising with the retail design manager to manage the design approval process, issuing preliminary and full design approvals to tenants, management of the CAT 1 works costs and approvals for each tenancy, management of authority approvals/ permits, monitoring of progress and the tenancy program throughout design and construction, and carrying out tenancy defect inspections.
RCP’s thorough understanding of the process of retailing and their demonstrated ability to properly plan and schedule the tenancy fit out works ensured all works were completed in accordance with our requirements, on budget and on schedule.
RCP’s nominated team proved highly effective at understanding our business needs and successfully liaising with and managing tenants. The overall quality and consistency of RCP’s services was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending RCP for services of a similar nature in future.
