Russell joined RCP in 1983 and has been Managing Director of the company since 1987. He regularly leads and mentors various RCP project and consultant multi-disciplinary teams by sharing his vast knowledge of best practice with management, co-ordination and negotiation and through his attention to detail and astute problem solving abilities. Russell has significant experience in providing professional opinions and advice at Board level and strategic meetings with government, development and financial stakeholders. Russell is a Fellow of the AIB and a Member of the AIM and AIPM.
