Russell joined RCP in 1983 and was the Managing Director of the company from 1987 up to end June 2024. Russell is currently providing mentorship to RCP project teams, sharing his vast knowledge of best practice management, co-ordination and negotiation and problem solving. Russell has significant experience in providing professional advisory services to government, development and financial stakeholders.
