RCP has been appointed to provide tender management and superintendent services for the GPO Hotel development in Adelaide.
The project will be South Australia’s first Marriott Hotel and will comprise a 15-storey tower of approximately 1,365 sqm GFA per level (Levels 3 to 5) plus the refurbishment and fit-out of the existing GPO heritage building to provide amenity to the hotel, including several retail and food and beverage tenancies.
RCP’s scope of services includes the preparation of a principal’s project requirements document, procurement of the design and construct contractor, ECI/value management services and the provision of superintendency, administrative support and programming services throughout the construction phase, which is currently underway.
