RCP is providing independent programming services for a new $285 million student residence complex at the St Lucia campus.
Scheduled to open in Semester 2 of 2027, the new complex will add 1,020 beds and support students from regional, remote, and international backgrounds.
RCP’s services include:
- Working alongside UQ and the contractor to establish a robust baseline construction programme.
- Monthly reviews and independent tracking and reporting of the programme.
These services are designed to support transparency, accountability, and performance throughout the construction lifecycle.
