We have in place a strong, well-resourced national team and it is impressive to see our pathway development programme producing a high calibre of industry leaders and I am excited to see what’s next for RCP.”

“RCP is immensely grateful to Russell for his enormous contribution to RCP over many years, professionally and personally. His considerable expertise and guidance have seen the business flourish. As Russell heads off to enjoy his well-earned retirement later this year, he leaves RCP in a great position and primed for further growth,” said Greg.

Greg’s appointment brings an exciting new phase for the business. The team is ready and energised for what’s ahead.

“We are working with clients to deliver exceptional results on our current pipeline of work, while being well placed to jump in and embrace new opportunities. We thrive in an environment where we can challenge the status quo to achieve improved outcomes, and that’s what’s needed to succeed in our industry, now so much as ever,” said Greg.
