PCA InterContinental Hotel Sydney – Site Tour
RCP Director, Mark Dibben was thrilled to be the moderator for the discussion panel which preceded the Property Council of Australia’s Site Tour of the newly redeveloped InterContinental Sydney, on Wednesday 23 November 2022.
The panel featured project partners: Adam Arnold, Construction Manager, Built; Tracey Wiles, Principal, @woodsbagot Jennifer Brown, Area General Manager, @ihghotels ; Tim Spencer, Head of Developments, Mulpha Norwest. Michelle Guido, Acting NSW Deputy Executive Director @propertycouncil was the host for the event.
The panel discussion highlighted the key factors that contributed to the project’s success including the ‘whole of project’ process from inception to completion.
The event was also attended by RCP senior project management staff. @rcp_aus provided project management, superintendency and programming services for the project.

The new @goldcoastairport International Terminal is officially open!
The first international flight arrived from Singapore on Thursday, with the new terminal welcoming more than 320 passengers.
The three-level, 30,000sqm expansion doubles the terminal footprint and connects seamlessly with the existing terminal, via a gate system that can swing between domestic and international. The new terminal features shops and cafes, six new gates and can now accommodate up to 19 aircraft on the tarmac.
There are also new border control facilities, four glass aerobridges, seven escalators and nine lifts, a departure lounge, and a new baggage handling area.
RCP is proud to have been part of the project team in the delivery and activation of this significant upgrade.
