Tom is a director of RCP based in Adelaide with over 20 years of experience delivering complex construction projects across Australia. He joined RCP in 2010 and has since led major developments across the aviation, commercial, education, aged care, residential and retail sectors.
Tom brings a strong design foundation to his project leadership. He understands the design development process from the inside and can manage the interface between design intent and delivery reality with a level of technical literacy that is unusual among project managers. Known for his practical, detail-oriented approach, Tom has the capability to manage every stage of a project.
Tom has received national and state recognition for his work, including awards from the Australian Institute of Building and the Australian Institute of Project Management. He is an active member of the Property Council of Australia’s SA Cities and Precincts Committee and the Australian Institute of Project Management.
