The FV project, located in Fortitude Valley, is a residential development by property developer, Gurner Developments.
RCP was engaged by the development financier, the ANZ Bank to provide risk management services for Stages 1 and 2 of the development.
The project comprises 900 apartments across three towers with associated entry lobbies, communal podium areas, pool, spas, gym, retail and commercial tenancies, basement and podium car parking.
