RCP was engaged by Project Services to review the managing contractor’s programmes and to provide status reports on the progress of the construction works. This involved producing monthly reports on the performance of the contractor, providing advice for mitigation measures when the programme fell behind schedule and providing time assurance that the construction programme produced by the contractor was achievable.
