RCP was engaged to manage the design and construction of the Loxton Recreation Centre. The project comprised the following works:
- Demolition of the existing recreation centre, tennis courts, netball courts, services, football club change rooms, trees, residential dwelling and sheds
- Construction of a sports stadium incorporating two indoor courts, changing rooms, gym, meeting rooms, café, mezzanine level function area, tiered seating area and sporting bar that interconnects with an existing grandstand covered by a new canopy roof structure
- Construction of outdoor courts and carparks including five outdoor multiuse courts, two bitumen car parks and associated landscaping
