RCP has been appointed to provide project management and programming services for the premier $750 million Albert Street Cross River Rail precinct development.
Located within the Cross River Rail Priority Development Area opposite Albert Street Station, 101 Albert Street has been designed to meet new and emerging ways of working. It will reflect Brisbane’s unique subtropical climate and youthful culture, provide connections to nature and place.
Spread across a 2,500 sqm site, the project comprises 40-storeys of next generation workplace accommodation, retail and dining concepts throughout the vertical village plus a generous public and civic realm.
Tenants will have access to a variety of flexible working and public spaces offering seamless indoor/outdoor connection, within a building designed for, and to showcase, Brisbane’s verdant subtropical climate.
