RCP has been engaged by Honeycombes Property Group to provide independent certifier services on behalf of CH Liverpool Pty Ltd for the construction of a 4 storey office building located at 11 Liverpool Lane, Townsville.
As independent certifier, RCP’s role will include certification of substantial commencement of the building works; monthly reporting indicating progress of the building works, critical path and estimate of likely date of practical completion; assessment of practical completion and certification that the building works and fit-out works have reached practical completion.
