RCP was engaged by QBuild on behalf of the Queensland Department of Sport and Recreation to provide specialist programming services to complete a program of works for the Queensland Active Precincts capital works program at three Queensland Government owned and operated venues at the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Townsville.
RCP assisted the department with the preparation of a master schedule incorporating the pre-construction and construction program of works for each site. The master schedule identifies key dates and milestones for the purpose of monitoring and tracking.
RCP’s scope of services included a review of all project reports, design documents, cost plans, preliminary outline programs, as well as the modification and issue of a final copy of the development program.
