RCP was engaged by Arden Group to provide project management and programming advisory services.
Designed by Altis architects, the development features 57 spacious residential apartments, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms plus study areas, secure parking, communal rooftop and garden areas. The residence also offers garden apartments with large alfresco spaces and balcony apartments with views of the city and Botany Bay.
The development was constructed above a live operational retail environment. RCP was engaged to undertake a review and report on progress of the project already under construction, which was experiencing delays.
RCP assisted the client with mitigating risks to achieve a timely and quality project completion. These services involved an initial review of the programme to assess all critical paths to provide a realistic completion date for the project; a review and report was conducted for the cost movements that had occurred over the project lifecycle and regular site inspections were performed to provide a full review of onsite progression. Detailed defects reporting was also provided for all apartments and common areas.
