Waterfront Brisbane Redevelopment gets the Green Light from Brisbane City Council

January 18, 2021

RCP are excited to be a part of the Waterfront Brisbane redevelopment, which has received development approval from Brisbane City Council. The $2.1 billion Waterfront Brisbane project will transform Eagle Street Pier and the Waterfront Place precinct into Brisbane’s premium business and leisure destination.

The development will include two premium commercial towers, riverfront dining, retail space and a vastly landscaped public space, conceptualising a subtropical riverside vista. The design and central riverfront location provide a unique opportunity to create a world class public realm.

RCP has been engaged by Dexus to provide project management, superintendent and specialist programming services throughout the design, planning, authority approval and construction phases of the project.

Congratulations to the development team for receiving approval for the Waterfront Brisbane project.
