RCP Celebrates 40 Year Anniversary

RCP is celebrating a significant milestone, achieving 40 years of providing project management and programming services to the property development, construction and infrastructure industries!

RCP was first established in August 1981. The company grew rapidly throughout the 1980s, establishing RCP’s credentials as an independent project management and programming consultancy.

During the early stages of the business, RCP project managed the Albion Park Paceway development and Suncorp Stadium redevelopment and provided co-ordination and programming services to the Marina Mirage, Gold Coast; Sheraton Mirage, Port Douglas; Bond University, Gold Coast and many more.

Now in its 40th year, RCP has six offices in Australia, with highly motivated staff who are dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for our clients. We are fortunate to have a highly professional and experienced senior executive team who work closely with the directors to lead our project teams.

Despite the current unprecedented times, RCP has had a period of success, with many significant projects being completed and some fantastic new projects currently underway, including Waterfront Brisbane; 60 King William Street, Adelaide; Intercontinental Hotel, Sydney; JCU student accommodation in Townsville and Artisan East, Melbourne.
